Buy BHEL at lower levels: Vora

Buy BHEL at lower levels

Vora told us "I would buy BHEL. It had a breakout earlier in the month at about Rs 2,550. It then went till about Rs 2,680 and has once again been taking support at this Rs 2,650 from the last three odd sessions and hence I think that this support level is once again an opportunity to buy. So maybe with Rs 30 stop loss at Rs 2,520, one could again take a long position with Rs 100-120 upside i.e. close to Rs 2,650-2,670 levels from here."

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 92.08 per share. (Jun, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 27.82. The latest book value of the company is Rs 325.16 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 7.88. The dividend yield of the company was 0.91%.
